So many things

Running around my head

Damned if I do

Frustrated I am

Pulling my hair out

Your words placate

Just laughing about

You're making me feel small

As you tower about

My moment of doubt

Making me shout

People

People come and go

and yet here you still are

People come in and out

and yet you stay the course

People love and let go

and yet your love never fades

People hurt and use

and yet you never take advantage

People run away

and yet you choose to stay

People wonder if their the one

and baby I know you're my one

I truly loved you the day I met you

I love you more today than yesterday

I'm sure I'll love you more tomorrow than today

I could never love you as much in this life as I did the last

I'll love you so much more in our next life then this one

I shall never love another as I truly love you

I would never think another could love me as much too

I pray for a life ever after with you my soul mate

I know you will love me until the end of us

I know i'll love you beyond my last breath

I believe we'll love one another even beyond death

Bleep

I was gone a few short nights

and was surprised to come home

to a very sweet charming sight

you had set up and perpared just for me

beautiful red roses you went out and bought

Chilled sweet red wine oh what a delight

strawberries covered in all sorts of treats

you took the time to order for me

lots of candles were lit all around

it truly was a very wonderful night

a card that read words of your love

how special you always make me feel

how can I explain how much it means

when I feel hurt , mad and upset

that my buttons you refuse to push

not wanting to try and bring on a huge fight

you do the one thing no one has bothered to try

you stay patient and listing to me thinking im right

you never get mad or even yelled back

you truly do love me this I now can honestly see

I need to catch up with how you think about me

I understand that you do believe we're a we

I'm starting to believe that maybe your right

that you are the one made just for me

Time

one day at a time is what they say

is all it'll take to make it go away

I think they are wrong because

a little of the pain is camping

in my heart for another day

hurt me you did by pushing me away

lets just not and say we did

it's been many months now and

there's still no reprieve in sight

see it's truly going to take some fight

a lot more than just a simple day

to make it all just go away

I know I'm slowly growing stronger

as each day turns into the next

it's just going to take a little bit more time

maybe even a whole hell of a bunch

but the day is quickly growing close

when without you my heart will say

I'm truly happy that I knew you

But now it's time for me to go away

Normal by day

ghost hunter by night

you're very special to me

I think you're out of sight

want to have a beer with me

just to pass the day away

if so when do you think

you'll be getting down my way

friends we've been

for a very long time

never a need or desire to

ever have a fight

military trained

hard worker that you are

life's little throw away

please baby stay in the game

remember I know you

at least what you've told

open your gate, let down your guard

learn how to trust once and for all

you trusted in you're heart

enough that you tattooed me

on the inside of your arm

it must be true on your part

you're my favorite fan

crazy as you can be

Have you met Tonya?

I heard her exclaim

Why the hell would I risk

Making HER go away

They'd be no strings attached

Not even a word to utter

A fun hit it then quit it

my woman was offered

An trist truly so simple

Why not just lie to your woman

and come to my place to play

would you agree to the terms and partake

Nope, not for me she said without hesitation

Not even a second thought

About taking the woman's presentation

I'm blissfully happy with what I already got

Without a doubt in my head or heart

I truly love my baby she's all I want

I'd never cheat or swing even after being offered

An anonymous fun time to play FLING

No way in hell could someone make me stray

I'm not a fool, I won't even walk away

Nothing or no one is worth losing my baby

Not even a cheap thrill for just one night

My heart now knows her heart is true

As I heard her tell that bitch again

When she didn't even know I was around

Never met

We talk on the computer

and we talk on the phone

we talking through texts

and through emails and such

I've known you for a while

even though we've never met

never seen each other

at least not face to face

it doesn't seem to matter

our heart knows the rest

your way up north

and me down south

why not meet in the middle

to see what comes about

it might just surprise us

to learn whats its all about
